Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellation Policy

At Studio Édition Limitée, our pieces are produced in limited quantities. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

1. Can I return or exchange an item that doesn't fit?

Please consult our size guide before purchasing to ensure you select the most suitable size.

Items that do not fit as expected are not automatically considered defective. However, this does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet legal requirements.

For sizing assistance or clarification before placing an order, please contact our customer service team at info.editionlimited@gmail.com. We recommend seeking guidance before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing or fit.

2. Are all sales final?

Our policy is that voluntary cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

However, this policy does not remove any statutory cancellation rights that apply to online purchases, or your legal rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming items.

3. Can I cancel my order?

We ask customers to submit order cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing their order.

To request a cancellation, email info.editionlimited@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line Order Cancellation Request.

We will review requests in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for cancellation under our voluntary cancellation policy, but this does not override any statutory cancellation rights that apply.

Please note that contacting us does not automatically confirm that a cancellation has been approved. We will respond to confirm the outcome of your request.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from the product described, please contact us at info.editionlimited@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may also help us assess your enquiry.

We will review the matter and explain the appropriate next steps in accordance with your statutory rights.
